根据大庆市餐厨垃圾成分特征,对大庆市餐厨垃圾预处理工艺进行介绍,进一步对大庆市餐厨垃圾厌氧消化工艺条件进行对比分析,得出“中温、湿式”厌氧消化工艺适合于大庆市餐厨垃圾处理,以实现大庆市餐厨垃圾的无害化、减量化和资源化。

According to the component of kitchen waste in Daqing city, various kitchen waste pretreatment technologies were introduced and compared to analyse the optimum technology suitable for Daqing kitchen waste treatment . The result showed that moderated temperature and wet anaerobic digestion processes were preferable to make the kitchen waste harmless, minimization, and recycling.
