用带微孔滤膜的空气采样器采集样品,以硝酸-高氯酸体系消解后,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定空气中铅的方法,以抗坏血酸和磷酸二氢氨作混合基体改进剂,热解涂层石墨管,塞曼扣背景。石墨炉法测定空气中的铅灵敏度、准确度高,方法的最低检出浓度是6.00μg/L,当采样体积为150L时,铅最低检出质量浓度为0.004mg/m3。
用帶微孔濾膜的空氣採樣器採集樣品,以硝痠-高氯痠體繫消解後,用石墨爐原子吸收法測定空氣中鉛的方法,以抗壞血痠和燐痠二氫氨作混閤基體改進劑,熱解塗層石墨管,塞曼釦揹景。石墨爐法測定空氣中的鉛靈敏度、準確度高,方法的最低檢齣濃度是6.00μg/L,噹採樣體積為150L時,鉛最低檢齣質量濃度為0.004mg/m3。

Samples were taken by microporous membrane air sampler, Digested by the nitric acid-perchloric acid digestion system. Lead in air was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with as-corbic acid and ammonia two hydrogen phosphate as a mixed matrix modifier, pyrolytic coated graphite tube, Zeeman background correction. Sensitivity and accuracy of determining lead in the air by graphite furnace method are greatly improved. The detection limit of concentration is 6. 00 ng/ml. When the sampling volume is 150L, the minimum detectable concentration of lead was 0. 004mg/m3 lead.
