选用eQUEST能耗模拟软件对本项目四幢建筑分别进行全年8760 h能耗模拟计算,结合计算得出的空调、采暖负荷模拟结果与全年逐时热水使用情况,分析比较了本项目冷热源配置的方案。通过比较模拟结果可以看出,集中设置能源中心为整个项目供空调冷、热水以及生活热水的方案最优。

The energy consumption simulation software “eQUEST” was used to simulate the hourly energy consumption in the whole year for each building in this project. Combining the energy consumption simulation result of air-conditioning and heating and the hourly hot water usage in the whole year, the cooling and heating source scheme was analyzed and compared. The result shows that the optimum scheme is to use central energy center for supplying the project chilled water, hot water and domestic hot water.
