The structure and working characteristics of a blood plasma rapid freezer with forced air circulation were introduced. According to the requirements of rapid freezing load, the evaporator was designed and the fan motor and condensing unit were chosen. After the pull down experiments with loads and without loads, the test data of the self-made blood plasma rapid freezer were analyzed, and the cooling performance of blood plasma rapid freezer was verified to be qualified.
