温包充注特性作为热力膨胀阀最重要的设计参数之一,对制冷系统稳定性有重要影响,然而当前这方面研究十分匮乏。本文对热力膨胀阀温包充注方式对蒸发器-热力膨胀阀回路的稳定性影响进行研究,建立了蒸发器-热力膨胀阀循环的热动力学模型,采用Nyquist稳定性判据研究系统的稳定性。结果表明:相对于温包平行充注,交叉充注有利于减小系统不稳定工作区域;对于交叉充注,提高交叉点压力值、降低压力-温度曲线斜率有利于减小系统不稳定工作区域。
溫包充註特性作為熱力膨脹閥最重要的設計參數之一,對製冷繫統穩定性有重要影響,然而噹前這方麵研究十分匱乏。本文對熱力膨脹閥溫包充註方式對蒸髮器-熱力膨脹閥迴路的穩定性影響進行研究,建立瞭蒸髮器-熱力膨脹閥循環的熱動力學模型,採用Nyquist穩定性判據研究繫統的穩定性。結果錶明:相對于溫包平行充註,交扠充註有利于減小繫統不穩定工作區域;對于交扠充註,提高交扠點壓力值、降低壓力-溫度麯線斜率有利于減小繫統不穩定工作區域。

Charging characteristic of thermal expansion valve (TXV) bulb is one of the most important design parameters of TXV. Although the characteristics affect the stability of refrigeration system, the related studies are insufficient. The effect of charging characteristics on the stability of evaporator-TXV loop was studied in this paper. Thermal dynamic model of the loop was developed and Nyquist criterion was adopted to study the stability of the loop. The results indicate that:comparing with gas-charged bulb, cross-charged bulb would help to decrease the unstable region of the loop;higher cross-point pressure and lower slope of temperature-pressure curve would help to decrease the unstable region.
