目的:了解泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌(PDR- ABA)的菌株亲缘性。方法对20株PDR- ABA进行3种耐药相关看家基因(carO、gyrA、parC)和54种水平转移获得的与β-内酰胺类、氨基糖苷类和喹诺酮类药物耐药相关基因以及12种接合性质粒、转座子、插入序列、整合子等可移动遗传元件的遗传标记检测。结果20株PDR- ABA中检出4种β-内酰胺类获得性耐药基因,5种氨基糖苷类获得性耐药基因,2种获得性抗菌制剂外排泵基因和5种可移动遗传元件。耐药相关看家基因carO、gyrA、parC均存在有义突变。结论 PDR- ABA存在5个克隆传播,其中1-3-4-5-9-15-16-18-20号菌株呈流行趋势。
目的:瞭解汎耐藥鮑氏不動桿菌(PDR- ABA)的菌株親緣性。方法對20株PDR- ABA進行3種耐藥相關看傢基因(carO、gyrA、parC)和54種水平轉移穫得的與β-內酰胺類、氨基糖苷類和喹諾酮類藥物耐藥相關基因以及12種接閤性質粒、轉座子、插入序列、整閤子等可移動遺傳元件的遺傳標記檢測。結果20株PDR- ABA中檢齣4種β-內酰胺類穫得性耐藥基因,5種氨基糖苷類穫得性耐藥基因,2種穫得性抗菌製劑外排泵基因和5種可移動遺傳元件。耐藥相關看傢基因carO、gyrA、parC均存在有義突變。結論 PDR- ABA存在5箇剋隆傳播,其中1-3-4-5-9-15-16-18-20號菌株呈流行趨勢。
목적:료해범내약포씨불동간균(PDR- ABA)적균주친연성。방법대20주PDR- ABA진행3충내약상관간가기인(carO、gyrA、parC)화54충수평전이획득적여β-내선알류、안기당감류화규낙동류약물내약상관기인이급12충접합성질립、전좌자、삽입서렬、정합자등가이동유전원건적유전표기검측。결과20주PDR- ABA중검출4충β-내선알류획득성내약기인,5충안기당감류획득성내약기인,2충획득성항균제제외배빙기인화5충가이동유전원건。내약상관간가기인carO、gyrA、parC균존재유의돌변。결론 PDR- ABA존재5개극륭전파,기중1-3-4-5-9-15-16-18-20호균주정류행추세。
Objective To conduct phylogenetic analysis in 20 strains of pandrug- resistant Acinetobacter baumanni (PDR- ABA). Methods The analysis was completed in three drug resistance- related housekeeping genes (carO, gyrA, parC) and 54 species level shift obtained withβ- lactams, aminoglycosides, quinolones resistance- related genes as wel as 12 kinds of bonding nature of the particles, transposons, insertion sequences, integrons and other mobile genetic elements of genetic markers in 20 pan- resistant Acinetobacter baumanni . Results In 20 strains of PDR- ABA, 4 kinds ofβ- lactam- acquired drug resistance genes, 5 kinds of aminoglycoside acquired drug resistance genes, 2 kinds of acquired drug efflux genes, 5 kinds of removable genetic markers genetic components were detected. There were sense mutations in housekeeping genes carO, gyrA, parC. Conclusion The cluster analysis showed that five clones spread exist in sample group of strains, and the strains 1- 3- 4- 5- 9- 15- 16- 18- 20 have epidemic trend.
