为提高铺设自由阻尼层的加筋板结构的减振降噪性能,以阻尼层厚度为设计变量,结构模态损耗因子最大为目标,阻尼材料用量为约束对阻尼材料分布进行了拓扑优化。推导了模态损耗因子对阻尼层厚度的灵敏度,在此基础上使用移动渐近线(MMA)算法对优化问题进行求解。并探讨了阻尼材料的弹性模量,损耗因子和加强筋截面尺寸对拓扑优化结果的影响。

The distribution of damping material is optimized using topology optimization method to improve the vibration and noise reduction performance of stiffened plate with free damping treatment. Damping layer thicknesses are adopted as the design variables. The optimization objective is to maximize the loss factor of structure, and the constraint condition is the upper limit of the total mass of the stiffeners. Sensitivity of loss factor to damping layer thicknesses is derived. The optimization problem is solved using the method of moving asymptotes (MMA). The effect of elastic modular, loss factor of damping material and sectional dimensions of stiffeners upon the result of topology optimization is discussed.
