目的:探讨镁对豚鼠噪声性听损伤的保护作用。方法:28只豚鼠随机分为稳态噪声组和脉冲噪声组各14只(28耳)。两组再随机各分为镁实验组和对照组,每小组各7只(14耳)。镁实验组的豚鼠自暴露噪声前20天起予25%硫酸镁按每天500mg/kg分2次肌注,直至暴露噪声结束后6天。所有豚鼠每天定时暴露于噪声4小时,连续暴露6天,观察噪声暴露前后所有豚鼠听觉脑干诱发电位和畸变产物耳声发射的变化。结果:(1)噪声暴露后在稳态噪声组与脉冲噪声组中,镁实验组与对照组耳均出现脑干诱发电位Ⅲ波潜伏期的延长、反应阈的上升及畸变产物耳声发射幅值的降低,与暴露前比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);镁实验组与对照组比较,差异也均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在相同镁条件下,脉冲噪声对脑干诱发电位及畸变产物耳声发射的影响较稳态噪声大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)脱离噪声暴露6天后,稳态噪声组与脉冲噪声组中,镁实验组耳的脑干诱发电位Ⅲ波潜伏期和反应阈及畸变产物耳声发射幅值均恢复正常。而对照组没有恢复正常,较暴露前差异仍有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在相同镁条件下,稳态噪声组和脉冲噪声组间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补镁可减轻豚鼠对噪声的敏感性,使其在接触噪声后听觉受损较轻且恢复较快。增加镁的摄入对噪声性听损伤有一定的保护作用。

목적:탐토미대돈서조성성은손상적보호작용。방법:28지돈서수궤분위은태조성조화맥충조성조각14지(28이)。량조재수궤각분위미실험조화대조조,매소조각7지(14이)。미실험조적돈서자폭로조성전20천기여25%류산미안매천500mg/kg분2차기주,직지폭로조성결속후6천。소유돈서매천정시폭로우조성4소시,련속폭로6천,관찰조성폭로전후소유돈서은각뇌간유발전위화기변산물이성발사적변화。결과:(1)조성폭로후재은태조성조여맥충조성조중,미실험조여대조조이균출현뇌간유발전위Ⅲ파잠복기적연장、반응역적상승급기변산물이성발사폭치적강저,여폭로전비차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);미실험조여대조조비교,차이야균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。재상동미조건하,맥충조성대뇌간유발전위급기변산물이성발사적영향교은태조성대,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。(2)탈리조성폭로6천후,은태조성조여맥충조성조중,미실험조이적뇌간유발전위Ⅲ파잠복기화반응역급기변산물이성발사폭치균회복정상。이대조조몰유회복정상,교폭로전차이잉유통계학의의(P<0.05)。재상동미조건하,은태조성조화맥충조성조간적차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:보미가감경돈서대조성적민감성,사기재접촉조성후은각수손교경차회복교쾌。증가미적섭입대조성성은손상유일정적보호작용。
Objective:To explore pro tective effects of magnesium on noise-induced hearing loss in the guinea pig. Methods: 28 guinea pigs (56 ears) were randomly divided into two groups: group Ⅰ comprised 14 guinea pigs (28 ears) exposed to the continuous noise and group Ⅱcomprised 14 guinea pigs (28 ears) exposed to the impulse noise. These two groups were further randomly divided into the experimental groups and the control groups,with 7 guinea pigs (14 ears) in each group. Guinea pigs in the experimental groups were given 25%MgSO4(500mg/kg, i.m.) every day from the previous 20 days before exposure to noise until 6 days after the exposure. All groups were exposed to the continuous noise or the impulse noise for 6 days intermittently (4 hours per day).Auditory brainstem response and distort product otoacoustic emission were measured before and after noise exposure. Results:(1) After noise was exposed , the ABR wave Ⅲ latency prolonged and threshold increased and the amplitudes of DPOAE declined remarkably in the experimental groups(high Mg) and the control groups(low Mg) of groupⅠand groupⅡ,compared with the pre-exposure levels. There were also significant differences between the high Mg groups and the low Mg groups. On the same condition of Mg ,the effects on ABR and DPOAE in groupⅡwere greater than the effects in group Ⅰ. (2)After 6 days away from noise circumstances, the auditory function in the two high Mg groups recovered, but the changes in the two low Mg groups were not obvious. On the same condition of Mg, there were no differences between group Ⅰand groupⅡ. Conclusion: Magnesium supplement can reduce the susceptibility to noise damage in the guinea pig, mitigate hearing loss and accelerate recovery after exposure to noise. Increased magnesium intake provides a significant protective effect.
