本研究基于微磁无损检测技术,以预制腐蚀缺陷的带包覆层管道为研究对象,分析微磁无损检测技术对于带包覆层管道检测的可行性。首先验证了缺陷大小对检测结果的影响,然后建立了包覆层厚度对磁场强度衰减的影响模型,并利用试验验证了该模型的准确性。研究证明了微磁无损检测技术应用于管道检测的优势,为带包覆层管道腐蚀缺陷的微磁检测技术工程实用奠定了基础。

Based on the micro magnetic non-destructive testing technology, using prefabricated corrosion defects in pipelines with cladding layer as the object of study, the feasibility of the testing technology applied in pipelines with cladding layer was analyzed. Firstly, the influence that the defect size made on the testing result was verified, then, the model that cladding thickness made influence on magnetic field intensity attenuation was established, the model ’ s accuracy was also verified by experiments. The study proved that micro magnetic non-destructive testing technology has advantages applied to the pipeline detection, a foundation for micro magnetic testing technology of corrosion defects in pipelines with cladding layer applied in practical engineering was also made.
