以Bacillus DE-8为试验菌株,选用不同的油脂下脚料为发酵基质,对其降解条件进行正交优化研究.结果表明:BacillusDE-8发酵的最佳培养条件是起始 pH 值为8,接种量4%、摇床转速为160 r/min、温度为32℃、添加1%氯化钙及1%表面活性剂十二苯磺酸钠,发酵72 h,在该条件下,验证试验残油降解率达81.6%.
以Bacillus DE-8為試驗菌株,選用不同的油脂下腳料為髮酵基質,對其降解條件進行正交優化研究.結果錶明:BacillusDE-8髮酵的最佳培養條件是起始 pH 值為8,接種量4%、搖床轉速為160 r/min、溫度為32℃、添加1%氯化鈣及1%錶麵活性劑十二苯磺痠鈉,髮酵72 h,在該條件下,驗證試驗殘油降解率達81.6%.

Taking Bacillus DE-8 as the original strain,choosing different oil wastes as fermentation me-dium,the degradation conditions were orthogonal optimized.The results showed that the optimal fermenta-tion conditions were as follows,initial pH 8.0,inoculability quantity 4%,rotate speed 160 r/min,tempera-ture 32 ℃,CaCl2 1% and NaDDBS 1%.Under these conditions,The degradation rate of DE-8 to rapeseed cake could reach to 81.6% after 72 h.
