以丙烯腈为单体原料,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用接触辉光放电等离子体引发聚合反应,合成了超强吸水性淀粉基丙烯腈接枝聚合物,对该聚合物进行了傅立叶红外光谱表征和吸水性能研究.结果表明:当放电电压在450~550 V,放电时间为15 min,聚合温度为55℃,后聚合时间1 h,丙烯腈和淀粉质量比为2∶1,交联剂质量分数为0.6%时,所合成聚合物具有最大吸水率,此时接枝率和吸水率分别为51.23%和1198.49%.
以丙烯腈為單體原料,N,N′-亞甲基雙丙烯酰胺為交聯劑,採用接觸輝光放電等離子體引髮聚閤反應,閤成瞭超彊吸水性澱粉基丙烯腈接枝聚閤物,對該聚閤物進行瞭傅立葉紅外光譜錶徵和吸水性能研究.結果錶明:噹放電電壓在450~550 V,放電時間為15 min,聚閤溫度為55℃,後聚閤時間1 h,丙烯腈和澱粉質量比為2∶1,交聯劑質量分數為0.6%時,所閤成聚閤物具有最大吸水率,此時接枝率和吸水率分彆為51.23%和1198.49%.

Starch grafted polymer of acrylonitrile was synthesized by using the contact glow discharge plasma as initiator instead of conventional chemicals.The products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)and their property of water absorption was investigated.The results showed that the starch grafted polymer of acrylonitrile has the most large water absorption amount when the syn-thesis condition as follows:discharge voltage 450 V~550 V,discharge time 15 min,polymerization temper-ature 55 ℃,the mass ratio of acrylonitrile and starch 2∶1,mass fraction of cross linking 0.6%,after poly-merization time 1 h.The graft percentage and water absorbency of starch grafted polymer were 51.23%and 1 198.49% respectively.
