应用PRO/E软件建立4GH120型牧草收获机切割器各零部件三维实体简化模型,通过约束装配,完成牧草收割机单体的虚拟制造过程。利用接口软件Mech/Pro将模型导入ADAMS软件后进行运动仿真。仿真结果表明:往复式切割器动刀片运动特征与理论设计要求一致,保证了在设计过程中的正确性和可靠性,且虚拟样机技术提高了设计效率,为牧草收割机系列化设计和生产奠定了基础。

Making use of PRO/E software established the 3D entity model of 4GH120 forage harvester cutter parts,through restraining assembly,complete the forage harvester monomer virtual manufacturing process.The model is imported into the ADAMS software for motion simulation by using the interface software Mech/Pro.The simulation results showed that the motion feature of reciprocating motion cutter blade was consistent with the theoretical expectation and ensured the correctness and reliability in the process of design,improved the design efficiency,established foundation for design and production of mow-er series.
