以构树(Broussonetia papyifera )1年生幼苗为试验材料,研究淹水胁迫对构树幼苗形态及部分生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:淹水胁迫对构树幼苗的高生长有一定的抑制作用,而对其地径的增长和不定根的形成具有促进作用;净光合速率受气孔因素影响呈现出先快速下降,随后有所上升,最后逐渐下降的趋势;整个淹水处理过程中未出现死亡现象,叶片相对电导率呈先下降后上升再下降的趋势;SOD 活性始终保持在较高的水平;POD活性呈先下降后上升再下降的趋势;MDA含量随淹水时间的持续呈缓慢上升的趋势。因此,构树幼苗具有一定的抗淹水能力,为较耐水湿树种,可以在地下水位过高和轻度淹水胁迫地区种植,但长期的淹水胁迫会破坏其叶片膜结构,从而对植株造成伤害。

Morphological and physiological indicators of 1-year-old seedlings of Broussonetia papyifera were investigated in this waterlogging experiment.The results showed that under waterlogging stress, height growth was inhibited,while basal diameter growth and adventitious root formation was promoted. The net photosynthetic rate,affected by stoma conductance,showed a rapid decrease followed by an in-crease in the last gradual downward trend.Waterlogged seedlings did not appear to death.Leaf relative con-ductivity firstly increased and then decreased.SOD activity generally maintained at a high level,while POD activity showed a decrease followed by an increase in the last downward trend.MDA continued to rise slowly over time.Therefore,it is suggested that B.papyifera seedlings have a certain degree of anti-water-logging capacity,which can be used in high ground water level and moderate flooding stress area.However, long-term waterlogging would also make them subj ect to certain inj uries.
