利用3种溶剂的冷热浸提法,以及根茎切片的形态特征和粉末的显微特征描述,对中药材小丛红景天的生药学特征进行了研究.结果表明:不同溶剂小丛红景天浸出物的含量范围:冷水浸出物0.0968~0.1455 g/g,热水浸出物0.1447~0.2046 g/g;冷醇浸出物0.1098~0.1511 g/g,热醇浸出物0.1161~0.1715 g/g;挥发性醚浸出物总量0.0230~0.0452 g/g,其中非挥发性物质0.0167~0.0339 g/g,挥发性物质0.0083~0.0128 g/g.
利用3種溶劑的冷熱浸提法,以及根莖切片的形態特徵和粉末的顯微特徵描述,對中藥材小叢紅景天的生藥學特徵進行瞭研究.結果錶明:不同溶劑小叢紅景天浸齣物的含量範圍:冷水浸齣物0.0968~0.1455 g/g,熱水浸齣物0.1447~0.2046 g/g;冷醇浸齣物0.1098~0.1511 g/g,熱醇浸齣物0.1161~0.1715 g/g;揮髮性醚浸齣物總量0.0230~0.0452 g/g,其中非揮髮性物質0.0167~0.0339 g/g,揮髮性物質0.0083~0.0128 g/g.

Using the micro-distinction for the power and its rhizome cross-section,and determining for different solvent-extracted extractives,the pharmacognostic of Rhodiola dumulosa was given a particular description.The results showed that cold water extracts were 0.096 8~0.145 5 g/g,hot water extracts were 0.144 7~0.204 6 g/g,cold ethanol extracts were 0.109 8~0.151 1 g/g,hot ethanol extracts were 0. 116 1~0.171 5 g/g,ether extracts were 0.023 0~0.045 2 g/g,in which nonvolatile matter were 0.016 7~0.033 9 g/g,volatile matter was 0.008 3~0.012 8 g/g.
