在我国整体就业形势严峻的大环境下，高校“双困生”成功就业显得更加困难。国家、社会、高校和学生家长应该联合起来，积极采取有效的措施，提升“双困生”就业能力，促进他们充分就业。本文对“双困生”的现状、产生原因、心理、就业能力及影响因素等进行了深入的调查、分析，并提出了可行性建议，为深入探索提升“双困生”就业竞争力的具体模式提供了第一手资料。

재아국정체취업형세엄준적대배경하，고교“쌍곤생”성공취업현득경가곤난。국가、사회、고교화학생가장응해연합기래，적겁채취유효적조시，제승“쌍곤생”취업능력，촉진타문충분취업。본문대“쌍곤생”적현상、산생원인、심리、취업능력급영향인소등진행료심입적조사、분석，병제출료가행성건의，위심입탐색제승“쌍곤생”취업경쟁력적구체모식제공료제일수자료。
In the severer employment situation in China, it is difficult for“economically and psychologically poor students” at colleges to find jobs. The government, society, colleges and students' parents should unite together, take some effective measures to improve their employability and to promote them full employment. This article makes a deeper survey and analysis on the situation, causes, psy-chology, employability and some influential factors of “economically and psychologically poor students”, and presents some feasible suggestions, providing the fist-hand reference for exploring concrete patterns to promote their employability.
