目的：观察骨质疏松症焦虑患者实施心理活动干预的效果。方法2012年1-10月骨质疏松症病区，各50例焦虑患者分别予单纯常规护理及另加心理护理的不同干预，比较不同措施下实验组与对照组患者焦虑心理的影响。结果住院3天后实验组患者未出现焦虑情况的比率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论有效全程的心理活动干预促进了良好护患关系的形成，缓解患者焦虑情绪，减轻其在住院治疗期间的心理负担，大大促进患者的疾病转归。
목적：관찰골질소송증초필환자실시심리활동간예적효과。방법2012년1-10월골질소송증병구，각50례초필환자분별여단순상규호리급령가심리호리적불동간예，비교불동조시하실험조여대조조환자초필심리적영향。결과주원3천후실험조환자미출현초필정황적비솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론유효전정적심리활동간예촉진료량호호환관계적형성，완해환자초필정서，감경기재주원치료기간적심리부담，대대촉진환자적질병전귀。
Objective To observe the effect of psychological intervention on anxiety in osteoporosis patients.Methods From January 2010 to October 2010, 50 patients with anxiety disorder in the Department of Osteoporosis were given routine nursing only while the other 50 patients were treated with additional psychological interventions.The effect of different interventions on anxiety in 2 groups was compared.Results After 3 days in hospital, the ratio of patients without anxiety in the experimental group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Effective and full-course psychological intervention can promote the formation of good relationship between nurses and patients, relieve the anxiety of patients, reduce their psychological burden during hospitalization, and facilitate the better prognosis of diseases significantly.
