目的：观察α-骨化醇治疗对绝经后骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效。方法120例绝经后骨质疏松患者随机分为α-骨化醇治疗组（治疗组）及安慰剂对照组（对照组），治疗1年，分别在治疗前、后检测患者骨密度。结果试验后两组患者骨密度均降低，对照组试验后骨密度显著低于试验前（P＜0．05），但试验组骨密度显著高于对照（P＜0．05）。结论α-骨化醇可有效治疗绝经后骨质疏松。
목적：관찰α-골화순치료대절경후골질소송증환자적림상료효。방법120례절경후골질소송환자수궤분위α-골화순치료조（치료조）급안위제대조조（대조조），치료1년，분별재치료전、후검측환자골밀도。결과시험후량조환자골밀도균강저，대조조시험후골밀도현저저우시험전（P＜0．05），단시험조골밀도현저고우대조（P＜0．05）。결론α-골화순가유효치료절경후골질소송。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy ofα-calciferol in treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into α-calciferol treatment group ( treatment group) and the placebo control group ( control group) .All the patients were treated for 12 months.Bone mineral density of all the patients before and after the treatment was detected.Results After the treatment, the bone mineral density in both groups was lower than that before the treatment, and the bone mineral density in control group was significantly lower than that before the treatment (P<0.05).The bone density in treatment group after the treatment was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion α-Calciferol can effectively treat postmenopausal osteoporosis .
