目的:设计一种基于CAN网络的多参数医疗监护仪。方法系统采用CAN总线通信技术,对人体心电、血氧饱和度、无创血压等生命体征参数进行动态监测,并利用小波变换对心电监测算法进行改进,以提高心电监测的准确性。结果实验证明,系统中所采用的方法可有效地从噪声干扰中识别心电信号中R波的位置,且识别准确率为99.83%。结论基于CAN网络的多参数监护仪结构简单、集成度高,使各种医疗监护模块可即插即用,实现了在无人值守条件下病人生命体征的实时监护。

Objective To design a multi-parameter electrocardiograph monitor based on CAN network. Methods Applied with CAN network, ECG (electrocardio), SPO2, NBP (non-invasive blood pressure) and other vital signs parameters are dynamically detected, the ECG algorithm is also improved by wavelet, so as to improve the accuracy of ECG. Results This method could effectively identify the location of wave R from the noise interference, and has high accuracy rate of 99.83%. Conclusion This device could get work with simple structure, high integration, which also achieves a real-time monitoring in unattended conditions.
