对于蓝宝石晶体生长控制的大滞后特点,利用上称重法实现晶体生长的自动控制。通过对生长曲线模糊自适应PID的具体分析,以蓝宝石晶体为对象,成功实现了PID控制器参数的在线自调整。仿真实验结果表明,模糊自适应PID的方法具有良好的动态、静态特性和较强的鲁棒性。

Aiming at the characteristic of Sapphire crystal growth control having a big hysteresis, the method of weighing the weight from above to achieve automatic control is adopted. Through the specific analysis of the growth curve by the fuzzy adaptive PID, and take sapphire crystal as an object, the online self-tuning of PID controller parameters are successfully implemented. Simulation results show that this method has good dynamic and static characteristics and strong robustness.
