以宁夏264个乡镇为研究单元，建立包括降水量、水面蒸发、径流深等生态水文分区指标体系，使用系统聚类分析的方法将宁夏分为4个生态水文分区，即南部黄土丘陵平水中度活动生态水文区、中部干旱少水轻度活动生态水文区、北部平原极缺水强度活动生态水文区和贺兰山少水轻度活动生态水文区。在此基础上，对各生态水文分区基本生态水文特征、水资源开发利用情况进行分析，并针对各生态水文分区的特点提出相应的水资源开发利用建议。

Based on the eco-hydrological features and socio-economic data of 264 townships in Ningxia,this paper established an index system for eco-hydrological regionalization including precipitation,evaporation and runoff,etc. Through SPSS-cluster analysis,4 eco-hydrological zones of Ningxia were divided,i. e. the Southern Loess Hilly Plain Water and Moderate Activity Eco-Hydrological Zone,the Central Arid Less Water and Mild Activity Eco-Hydrological Zone,the Northern Plains Water Stress and Intensity Activity Eco-Hydrological Zone and the Helan Mountain Less Water and Mild Activity Eco-Hydrological Zone. Based on this,this paper systematically analyzed the eco-hydrological characteristics and the situa-tions of water resources use of each zone. Furthermore,it presented corresponding suggestions of water resources development and utilization accord-ing to the characteristics of each eco-hydrological zone.
