从站网密度、站网功能、河流水文控制目标、省界水量监测、防汛测报、测报方式和水文站网受水工程影响等方面对黄河流域水文站网进行了评价,结果表明:黄河流域现有站网密度为1975 km2/站;现有站网功能在水文情报、水资源管理方面比重超80%,在城市水文、行政区界监测方面比重较小;流域面积在500 km2以上的河流中,30.5%为完全水文空白河流,河流水量计算控制任务艰巨;流域面积在1000 km2以上的省界河流中,径流控制现状满足率为81.8%;流量信息采集方式以人工为主;43.7%的大河控制站受水工程影响。提出了加强黄河源区站网建设、完善测站功能、加快水文测报技术设备更新改造、加强受水工程影响的河流水沙关系研究等建议。

The paper reviewed the hydrological network in the Yellow River basin from the aspects of network density,network function,hydrologi-cal control target,monitoring for provincial boundaries,flood control and station network affected by water project,etc. The results show that the network density of the Yellow River basin is 1 975 km2 for each station;network function in the flood control and water resources management is more than that of in the monitoring of city and provincial boundary;hydrological blank rivers account for 30. 5% of area larger than 500 km2;runoff control area of larger than 1 000 km2 in the boundary rivers meet at a rate of 81. 8%;artificial acquisition is the main way of hydrologic information collection;the control stations affected by the water project account for 43. 7%. The paper puts forward to strengthen the construction of riverhead of the Yellow River area network,improve the station function,update hydrological telemetry technology and equipment and strengthen the study on water and sediment affected by water project.
