目的:确定解脲脲原体(UU)血清型1(UU1)和4(UU4)在小鼠生殖道中致病性。方法将408只小鼠随机分为UU1组和UU4组,实验组阴道分别接种三种浓度UU标准株菌液。接种后不同时间点随机检测阴道、宫颈及部分上生殖道组织中UU阳性率及致病率。结果:(1)阴道和宫颈分泌物:UU1和UU4三组之间总阳性率的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);UU1和UU4三组之间各组各时间点浓度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)宫颈、子宫体与输卵管组织:UU4组阳性率、总致病率均高于UU1组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:(1)UU1和UU4主要在宫颈致病。(2)UU4的致病性比UU1强。

Objective:To determine the pathogenicity of ureaplasma urealyticum serotype 1 ( UU1) and 4 ( UU4) in genital tract of mice. Methods: A total of 408 adult Kunming mice were randomly divided into 2 groups:UU1 and UU4 group. Three different concentration of UU1 and UU4 were inoculated intra-vaginally. The quantity of UU1 and UU4 from vaginal secretions, cervical secretions, and the uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries at different time points was detected. The pathogenicity was calculated. Results: ( 1) vaginal secre-tions and cervical secretions:the differences of the total positivity rates in both UU1 and UU4 groups were sig-nificant ( Ps<0.01);the differences were also significant with different concentration and at different time in both UU1 and UU4 (Ps<0.05). (2) uterus and fallopian tubes:the total positivity rates of UU and pathoge-nicity in UU4 group were higher than those in UU1 group ( Ps<0.05);Conclusion:UU1 and UU4 primarily cause inflammation in cervix. The pathogenicity of UU4 is stronger when compared with UU1.
