采用扫描电镜、红外光谱等检测方法对香蕉黏胶纤维、菠萝黏胶纤维、普通黏胶纤维的结构进行表征,并在热带标准状态下,采用烘箱干燥法和回归模型分析法,对其进行吸湿、放湿测试与分析。结果表明:香蕉黏胶纤维、菠萝黏胶纤维与普通棉型黏胶纤维的形态结构相似;红外光谱图说明这三种黏胶纤维都具有纤维素的特征;红外结晶度指数显示,普通黏胶纤维最大,香蕉黏胶纤维居中,菠萝黏胶纤维最小;三种黏胶纤维同样具有良好的吸、放湿性能,菠萝黏胶纤维吸湿率18.4%、放湿回潮率26.8%,香蕉黏胶纤维吸湿率20.5%、放湿回潮率26.3%,普通棉型黏胶纤维吸湿率18.9%、放湿回潮率24.6%;吸湿速率香蕉黏胶纤维高于菠萝黏胶纤维,而普通黏胶纤维较低;放湿速率菠萝黏胶纤维最高,香蕉黏胶纤维居中,普通黏胶纤维最低。

The structures of banana stem viscose fiber , pineapple leaf viscose fiber and usual viscose fiber were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and infrared spectroscopy (IR).The moisture absorption and release characteristics of these three fibers were tested with oven drying method at atmospheric temperature in tropical area and analyzed with regression analysis .The results show that the three fibers are similar in structure;infrared spectroscopy indicats that the three fibers show charac-teristics of cellulose; the IR crystallization index of usual fiber is higher than that of banana stem viscose fiber and pineapple leaf viscose fiber the lowest;all of the three viscose fibers have good moisture absorption and release properties .The moisture absorption and moisture release regain rate of pineapple leaf viscose fiber are 18.4% and 26.8% respectively; banana stem viscose fiber of 20.5% and 26.3%;and usual viscose fiber of 18.9% and 24.6% respectively.The moisture absorption rate of banana stem viscose fiber is higher than that of pineapple leaf viscose fiber with that of usual viscose fiber being the lowest;and pineapple leaf viscose fiber has the highest moisture release rate , followed by banana stem viscose fiber and then usual viscose fiber .
