目的探讨间歇导尿管在腰麻术后急性尿潴留中的应用。方法使用间歇导尿管给予腰麻术后急性尿潴留患者导尿，待患者排除尿液后，拔除间歇导尿管即可。结果使用间歇导尿管给予腰麻术后患者解除暂时的尿潴留，待麻醉过后，患者一般可自行恢复排尿。结论使用间歇导尿管性价比更高，操作简单，减轻患者疼痛，更容易让护士和患者接受。
목적탐토간헐도뇨관재요마술후급성뇨저류중적응용。방법사용간헐도뇨관급여요마술후급성뇨저류환자도뇨，대환자배제뇨액후，발제간헐도뇨관즉가。결과사용간헐도뇨관급여요마술후환자해제잠시적뇨저류，대마취과후，환자일반가자행회복배뇨。결론사용간헐도뇨관성개비경고，조작간단，감경환자동통，경용역양호사화환자접수。
Objective To discusses the application of intermit ent catheter which was used in the acute urine retention after the operation of lumbar anaesthesia. Methods Use the intermit ent catheter to urethral catheterization for the patients with acute urine retention after the operation of lumbar anesthesia, and then remove it after their urination. Results Use the intermit ent catheter for the patients with the postoperation of lumbar anesthesia to relieved urine retention temporarily. Usual y, the patients can self-recover urination after the anesthesia wears of . Conclusion Using the intermit ent catheter has such advantages as more cost-ef ective and simple operation. And it can ease the pain and is easier for the nurses and patients to accept.
