目的：探讨维生素D（ VitD）在儿童支气管哮喘患者中的水平分布，研究VitD 水平与儿童哮喘的相关性，为早期预防和治疗儿童哮喘提供依据。方法采用病例对照的研究方法，将确诊的60例儿童哮喘患者作为病例组，同时收集60例非支气管哮喘患儿作为对照组；采用诊断试验ROC 、多元线性回归及多因素Logistic回归分析等方法研究VitD与儿童哮喘发病的相关性。结果哮喘组的 VitD 水平为53．32±15．75nmol/L，明显低于对照组的85．70±23.99nmol/L（P＜0．01）；VitD筛查儿童哮喘的灵敏度为71．7％，特异度为90．0％；多元线性回归分析显示前一年哮喘发作次数、IgE与VitD水平呈现负相关性，而CD4/CD8与VitD水平呈现正相关性；多因素Logistic回归分析显示VitD和CD8为儿童哮喘的保护因素，而IgE则为哮喘发生的危险因素。结论儿童支气管哮喘发病与VitD缺乏密切相关，应针对VitD缺乏症患者进行重点预防和干预。

목적：탐토유생소D（ VitD）재인동지기관효천환자중적수평분포，연구VitD 수평여인동효천적상관성，위조기예방화치료인동효천제공의거。방법채용병례대조적연구방법，장학진적60례인동효천환자작위병례조，동시수집60례비지기관효천환인작위대조조；채용진단시험ROC 、다원선성회귀급다인소Logistic회귀분석등방법연구VitD여인동효천발병적상관성。결과효천조적 VitD 수평위53．32±15．75nmol/L，명현저우대조조적85．70±23.99nmol/L（P＜0．01）；VitD사사인동효천적령민도위71．7％，특이도위90．0％；다원선성회귀분석현시전일년효천발작차수、IgE여VitD수평정현부상관성，이CD4/CD8여VitD수평정현정상관성；다인소Logistic회귀분석현시VitD화CD8위인동효천적보호인소，이IgE칙위효천발생적위험인소。결론인동지기관효천발병여VitD결핍밀절상관，응침대VitD결핍증환자진행중점예방화간예。
Objective To explore the distribution of Vitamin D ( VitD) level in the patients of bronchial asthma, and study correlation between VitD and children bronchial asthma, to provide basis for early intervening and treating bronchial asth-ma.Methods With case-control study method, 60 cases of definite children bronchial asthma were collected as case group and 60 cases of non-bronchial asthma as control group.Diagnostic ROC, multiple Lineal Regression and multiple factors Logistic Re-gression methods were used to analyze the correlation between VitD and children bronchial asthma.Results The level of VitD in the asthma group was 53.32±15.75nmol/L, much lower than the control group (85.70±23.99nmol/L) (P<0.01).Use of VitD screening asthma, ROC result showed that the sensitivity was 71.7%and the specificity was 90.0%.Multiple Lineal Regression result showed that asthmatic attack times in the previous year and IgE were negative correlation with children asthma, but CD4/CD8 was positive correlation with asthma.Multiple factors Logistic Regression indicated that VitD and CD8 were the protective factors of children asthma, but IgE was the risk factor of children asthma.Conclusion Children bronchial asthma is intimate correlation with VitD, so it is very important to prevent and intervent children bronchial asthma with VitD deficiency.
