内地西藏班学生是一个特殊的群体:其合作能力不仅关系着学生自身的健康发展,而且关系着民族、国家的和平发展。调查显示,内地西藏班办学模式有助于学生合作能力的提高,总体效果显著。但仍存在没有形成良好的合作习惯、合作意识与合作行为脱节、合作范围局限于本民族学生之间等问题。学校教育还应积极强化合作意识、重视学生的合作、给学生提供更多的合作机会,不断提升学生的合作能力。
內地西藏班學生是一箇特殊的群體:其閤作能力不僅關繫著學生自身的健康髮展,而且關繫著民族、國傢的和平髮展。調查顯示,內地西藏班辦學模式有助于學生閤作能力的提高,總體效果顯著。但仍存在沒有形成良好的閤作習慣、閤作意識與閤作行為脫節、閤作範圍跼限于本民族學生之間等問題。學校教育還應積極彊化閤作意識、重視學生的閤作、給學生提供更多的閤作機會,不斷提升學生的閤作能力。

Students in mainland Tibetan schools are a special group. Their collaboration ability is related not only to themselves ’ healthy development, but also to the peace development of the nation and country. The investigation about the collaboration ability showed that the mode of Tibet classes in mainland could improve the cooperation ability of the Tibetan students and the result was remarkable. But there are some problems such as lacking of the good habits of cooperation, ungearing between the consciousness of collaboration and cooperation behavior, limiting among the same nation’s students, and so on. Therefore, we should actively strengthen the sense of cooperation, focus on the cooperation of students in their daily life, offer more opportunities for cooperation in order to enhance the students’ collaboration ability in the future.
