ESP（English for specific purposes，即“专门用途英语”）正在我国外语教学界蓬勃发展。而ESP教师成为了ESP教学发展的关键。目前我国ESP教师的发展在教师的学术能力、师资培训以及合作教学等中遇到了很多问题。本文针对这些问题，结合ESP相关理论，探讨我国ESP教师的现状，提出了我国ESP教师发展的可行途径。
ESP（English for specific purposes，即“專門用途英語”）正在我國外語教學界蓬勃髮展。而ESP教師成為瞭ESP教學髮展的關鍵。目前我國ESP教師的髮展在教師的學術能力、師資培訓以及閤作教學等中遇到瞭很多問題。本文針對這些問題，結閤ESP相關理論，探討我國ESP教師的現狀，提齣瞭我國ESP教師髮展的可行途徑。

ESP (English for specific purposes, namely"ESP") is booming in China's foreign language teaching profession. ESP teachers become the key for ESP teaching development. China's ESP teachers development encountered a lot of problems in academic ability of teachers, teacher training and cooperation teaching currently. Aiming at these problems, combined with the theory of ESP, this paper explores the status quo of China's ESP teachers development, proposes feasible route of ESP teacher development.
