This article analyzed what cause the loss of excellent plant engineering consultants. It proposed that the main method to prevent staff turnover is to establish incentivize system. A plant engineering consulting company can adopt material and spiritual incentives, particularly an organization’s leader behavior incentive, to reduce the turnover rate of excellent plant engineering consultants; therefore, to improve staff loyalty, which would contribute to the growth of the company.
