为了优选沁河河口村水库1#泄洪洞的抗冲磨混凝土方案,对比了硅粉混凝土、HF混凝土和NSF-Ⅱ混凝土的力学性能、抗冲磨性能、变形性能。结果表明:NSF-Ⅱ混凝土的黏度低、施工性能好,其28 d抗压强度低于硅粉混凝土,90 d二者相当,其抗冲磨强度优于硅粉混凝土,硅粉混凝土干缩率大幅减小,HF混凝土的黏度大、施工性能较差,28 d、90 d抗压强度与硅粉混凝土相当,其抗冲磨强度与硅粉混凝土接近,在胶凝材料总量与硅粉混凝土相同时,其干缩率要比硅粉混凝土大,充分发挥其减水效果、降低胶材用量时,干缩率可能小于硅粉混凝土;NSF-Ⅱ混凝土的综合性能较优。
為瞭優選沁河河口村水庫1#洩洪洞的抗遲磨混凝土方案,對比瞭硅粉混凝土、HF混凝土和NSF-Ⅱ混凝土的力學性能、抗遲磨性能、變形性能。結果錶明:NSF-Ⅱ混凝土的黏度低、施工性能好,其28 d抗壓彊度低于硅粉混凝土,90 d二者相噹,其抗遲磨彊度優于硅粉混凝土,硅粉混凝土榦縮率大幅減小,HF混凝土的黏度大、施工性能較差,28 d、90 d抗壓彊度與硅粉混凝土相噹,其抗遲磨彊度與硅粉混凝土接近,在膠凝材料總量與硅粉混凝土相同時,其榦縮率要比硅粉混凝土大,充分髮揮其減水效果、降低膠材用量時,榦縮率可能小于硅粉混凝土;NSF-Ⅱ混凝土的綜閤性能較優。

In order to select the optimal abrasion-resistant concrete of No. 1 spillway of Hekoucun Reservoir on Qinhe River,comparative study was made on the mechanical properties,abrasion-resistant properties and deformation properties of the silica fume concrete,HF concrete and NSF-Ⅱconcrete and yield shear stress and plastic viscosity were tested with rheometer. Test results indicate that NSF-Ⅱ concrete has lower viscosity and good workability,and 28 d compressive strength lower than that of the silica fume concrete,while 90 d compressive strength of NSF-Ⅱconcrete and silica fume concrete make no much difference;abrasion-resistant properties of NSF-Ⅱ concrete is better than that of the silica fume concrete,the drying shrinkage value reduces obviously comparing with silica fume concrete. HF concrete has higher viscosity and poorer workability,the 28 d and 90 d compressive strength and abrasion-resistant properties of HF concrete is the same as silica fume concrete,the drying shrinkage of HF con-crete is more obvious than the silica fume concrete on condition that the fixed total cementitious material is same as the silica fume concrete,If tak-ing the advantage of water-reducing effect and reducing cementitious material content the drying shrinkage of HF concrete might be smaller than the silica fume concrete. The results indicate that NSF-Ⅱ concrete have better comprehensive properties.
