采用三维有限元法模拟某碾压混凝土拱坝的施工过程,进行了温控仿真计算,分析了该工程温度场和应力场的分布规律,提出了温控推荐方案。结果表明:采取初期、中期和后期冷却措施后,大坝的最高温度满足碾压混凝土坝设计规范要求,同时也满足封拱灌浆要求,最大温度应力小于混凝土的允许拉应力。

It simulated a RCC arch dam construction process,conducted temperature control simulation,analyzed the distribution rule of the tem-perature field and stress field and put forward the recommended scheme of temperature by using three-dimensional finite element method. The re-sults indicate that after the initial,intermediate and late phases of cooling measures,the maximum temperature of the dam meets the RCC dam de-sign specification requirements,but also meet the closure grouting requirements;the maximum temperature stress is less than the allowable tensile stress of the concrete.
