We treat the pits to stabilize the pit environment and improve the yield and quality of the base liquor,with three different methods---Steaming vinasse and rice separately、making wine by vinasse who is its own and one is others、making pits by spent grains .The results show that,three methods can improve the yield and quality of base liquor,and make the pit who liquor yield decline to achieve the normal pit production level.
