Taking drug standard system as a reference, the significance of establishing the full P system in liquor making, the system constitution, as well as the relationship between full P system and other management systems implemented by the enterprise was introduced. Ecological liquor making full P system includes all aspects before, during and after liquor production. It is a unified set of quality security assurance system covering the whole liquor process. It is of great significance in the effective administration of the operation standardization of ecological liquor making and food quality safety. It is also important in the promotion of whole level of food quality safety system, as well as in the guidance and enhancement of Chinese traditional industries such as liquor and food industries towards standardization and internationalization. It provides a reference for the use of drug regulatory standard to regulate food.
