激振器的偏置控制是控制激振器围绕偏离液压执行元件(液压缸或液压马达)平衡位置特定距离振动。提出了一种高频激振的2D阀控电液激振器的偏置控制方法,该方法是将一个数字伺服阀与2D激振阀并联,从而实现振动中心的偏置控制。在并联数字伺服阀开口分别正偏50%,100%和负偏50%,100%的情况下,对激振器低频和高频情况下输出的载荷力变化情况进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:激振器在低频和高频下的偏置量与并联阀口开度成一定关系。该方法旨在实现激振器的振动偏置控制。

The bias control of exciter is to make the exciter to vibrate around the equilibrium position of the hydrau-lic actuator (hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor) from a particular deviation. In order to achieve the bias control of the vibration central position, this paper presents a bias control method of high-frequency excitation of electro-hy-draulic exciter controlled by 2D valve, which the 2D exciting valve is placed in parallel with a digital servo valve. To observe the output load force change of the exciter, we have done experimental research at low and high frequen-cies when the paralleled digital servo valve opens to the positive side 50%, 100% and to the negative side 50%, 100%respectively. The result shows that the offset of the exciter at low and high frequencies is related to the open-ing of the paralleled valve, and that we can achieve the bias control of vibration exciter in this way.
