“卓越工程师教育培养计划”是创新工程教育人才培养模式的重大措施，本文基于我校采矿工程专业教学基础，分析了“卓越工程师”教育培养方案的制定过程，提出了“卓越工程师”教育培养的具体措施，重点针对“卓越计划”的理论课程整合、实践教学体系、效果评价等方面做了一些探索性教学改革。经实践应用表明，取得了一定成效。
“탁월공정사교육배양계화”시창신공정교육인재배양모식적중대조시，본문기우아교채광공정전업교학기출，분석료“탁월공정사”교육배양방안적제정과정，제출료“탁월공정사”교육배양적구체조시，중점침대“탁월계화”적이론과정정합、실천교학체계、효과평개등방면주료일사탐색성교학개혁。경실천응용표명，취득료일정성효。
“The plan for educating and training outstanding engineers” is a major measure to innovate the cul-tivation model of engineering education.Based on the teaching foundation of mining engineering , this paper firstly analyzed the process of making talent Education and training programs , put forward the concrete meas-ures for educating and training outstanding engineers.And made some beneficial exploration focused on the theoretical curriculum integration、practice teaching reform and effect evaluation.The practical application shows that these studies have achieved certain results.
