基于张集煤矿1311(1)工作面远距离下保护层开采,利用数值模拟试验对比相似材料模拟试验,分析得出被保护层在保护层法向投影至理论卸压角范围内为扩界区,理论卸压角范围内为充分卸压区。为直观、准确地考察扩界保护范围,在被保护层施工煤巷,分别考察了扩界区域煤层膨胀变形率、巷高变形率、瓦斯自然排放量和透气性系数。研究结果表明张集煤矿11-2煤层的卸压角可由锐角扩大为90°,实现了被保护层工作面等长等宽布置。

Based on mining underlying protective seam with long distance in the panel 1311 ( 1 ) of ZhangJi mine,and by the contrast of numerical simulation and similar material test , the extended destressed zone was located between the angles of theoretical destressing and normal projection of protective seam border ;fully de-stressed zone was within the limit of theoretical destressing angle .In order to investigate the extended protec-tive range intuitively and correctly ,the coal roadway was constructed in overlying protected seam 13-1 to test the coal seam swelling deformation rate, height deformation rate of coal roadway , gas emission and permeabili-ty coefficient.The research proved that the destressing angle of 11-2 nearly horizontal coal seam can be ex-panded to 90 °and the equivalent length and width arrangement of protected panel can be realized .
