对矿井进行煤与瓦斯突出危险性评价是保证突出矿井安全生产的关键。以百灵煤矿为例,通过现场测定煤层瓦斯压力,取煤样进行煤的工业分析,测定瓦斯放散初速度、煤的坚固性系数等瓦斯参数,运用单项指标法准确、合理地评价了6#、7#、8#号煤层突出危险性,从而为该矿采取相关瓦斯防治措施提供了科学的理论依据,对安全管理工作起到了指导性作用。

Assessing coal and gas outburst risk for mine is the key to ensure the safety of outburst mine in pro -duction.In this paper,taking Bailing Coal Mine as an example,through determining local coal -seam gas-pressure ,analyzing the characteristics of the coal samples and determining coal gas parameters such as the ini -tial speed of gas emission ,consistence and so on ,then the single index method was carried out for assessing the coal and gas outburst risk of 6#,7# and 8# coal seam reasonably ,thus it can provide a scientific basis for the mine to take measures for gas prevention and control and play a guiding role for the safety management.
