各种来源的间充质干细胞( MSC)除满足国际细胞治疗协会( ISCT)规定的要求外,在表面标记物、增殖、分化、迁移、生物学功能方面有其差异性,骨髓MSC研究最早,最为透彻,但其增殖效率低,易被污染等劣势限制了其应用;脂肪、脐血、脐带、羊水、胎盘来源的MSC取材方便,传代能力强,免疫反应低,被污染的概率较小,无伦理学限制等优点逐渐被人们重视,且利用不同MSC的优劣势将其应用于不同的领域。笔者通过查阅国内外相关文献,从细胞表面标记物,增殖、分化、迁移能力,以及功能方面进行分析总结,初步探讨了各种来源的间充质干细胞的优缺点,为今后临床选取合适理想的种子细胞提供帮助。

Mesenchymal stem cells ( MSC) meet the requirements of International Society for Cellular Ther-apy and also have variability in surface markers,proliferation,differentiation,migration,and biological function. Bone marrow MSC have been studied early and got great achievement ,their proliferation is lowly efficient and they are easily contaminated ,resulting in limited application .MSC derived from fat ,umbilical cord blood ,umbilical cord , amniotic fluid,placenta have advantages of easy access ,strong passage ability,low immune response,low probability of being contaminated and no ethics restrictions ,etc.Thus,MSC from different sources are attached more impor-tance.By reviewing the relevant literatures and analyzing the characteristics of MSC from the fields of cell surface markers,proliferation,differentiation,migration,and function,the authors primarily explore the advantages and disad-vantages of MSC from a variety of sources ,so as to help doctors to select appropriate seed cells in clinical practice .
