战略性新兴产业是促进产业结构调整、经济增长方式转变、经济质量提高的重要途径。大连市确定了十大产业作为本市的战略性新兴产业。运用SWOT模型分析了大连发展战略性新兴产业的优势、劣势以及机遇和挑战，认为应采取以市场培育为主、政府扶持为辅的作用模式，做大做强产业集群，增强自主创新能力，扩大融资渠道等对策加快大连战略性新兴产业发展。

Strategic emerging industry is an important way to promote the industry structure adjustment, economic growth way transfor-mation and economic quality improvement. Ten industries have been identified as Dalian's strategic emerging industries. This paper, based on SWOT model, analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of strategic emerging industries in Dalian, considering that the model with market cultivation emphasized and government supporting aided should be adopted, industry cluster should be made bigger and stronger, independent innovation ability should be strengthened and financing channels should be ex-panded to speed up the development of Dalian strategic emerging industry.
