Na/β″-Al2 O3 has high Na+ conductivity and small electronic conductivity,corrosion resistance and a sufficient mechanical strength,and become one of the most concerned solid electrolyte.The production process, choice of raw materials,impurity control and influence were reviewed and the progress of key production tech-nology,such as the preparation of Na/β″-Al2 O3 powder,forming and Sintering,was introduced.The future di-rections of applications and development of Na/β″-Al2 O3 as solid electrolyte were also prospected.
