随着智能变电站的大规模试点建设以及对IEC61850标准体系的深入研究，有必要对已经在工程应用中存在通信网络结构进行剖析，以便对智能变电站大规模建设中的系统网络结构选型提供理论支持。从IEC61850在变电站过程层应用的角度出发对网络结构进行分析，对不同的组网方案进行分析，并根据工程应用实际提出一种新型的过程层混合组网方案。该方案采用灵活的组网方法，把已经存在的几种组网方案进行了有机的统一，有效地提高了全站网络系统的可靠性和安全性，实现了经济和安全的统一。

With the large-scale construction of pilot smart substations and extensive research on IEC61850 standard sys-tem,it is necessary to make communication network structures in engineering applications dissected so as to provide a theoreti-cal support for system network structure selection existing in large-scale construction of smart substations. The network structure and different networking schemes are analyzed from the perspective of IEC61850 application in the substation process layer. A process layer hybrid networking scheme is proposed according to the actual situation of engineering applications. A flexible net-working method is used in the scheme,in which an organic unity of the several networking schemes already existing in the engi-neering applications is achieved. The reliability and security of the network system in the whole substation were improved effec-tively. The economic and security unity of the smart substations was achieved.
