目的探讨不同输出强度低频重复经颅磁刺激( rTMS)对氯化锂-匹鲁卡品致痫大鼠痫性发作的影响。方法选取60只健康雄性SD大鼠,根据不同输出强度分为空白对照组、25%输出强度( MO)组、50%MO组、75%MO组、100%MO及125%MO组,各组大鼠经0.5 Hz、相应输出强度的rTMS预处理后,将其制作成氯化锂-匹鲁卡品急性癫痫模型。观察各组大鼠在注射匹鲁卡品后90 min内痫性发作的潜伏期及发作行为学表现。结果与空白对照组比较,各刺激组癫痫发作潜伏期均明显延长,与空白对照组组间差异均具有统计学差异( P<0.05);与25% MO组、50% MO组及125% MO组比较,75% MO组和100% MO组潜伏期延长更显著,组间差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。与空白对照组比较,25% MO组、50% MO组及125%MO组大鼠痫性发作级别与空白对照组差异无统计学意义( P>0.05),但75% MO组和100% MO组发作级别较空白对照组、25% MO组、50% MO组及125% MO组大鼠明显减低,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论25%~125%MO的低频rTMS预处理均可有效延长大鼠癫痫发作潜伏期,并且75% MO和100%MO低频rTMS的抗癫痫作用更显著。

목적탐토불동수출강도저빈중복경로자자격( rTMS)대록화리-필로잡품치간대서간성발작적영향。방법선취60지건강웅성SD대서,근거불동수출강도분위공백대조조、25%수출강도( MO)조、50%MO조、75%MO조、100%MO급125%MO조,각조대서경0.5 Hz、상응수출강도적rTMS예처리후,장기제작성록화리-필로잡품급성전간모형。관찰각조대서재주사필로잡품후90 min내간성발작적잠복기급발작행위학표현。결과여공백대조조비교,각자격조전간발작잠복기균명현연장,여공백대조조조간차이균구유통계학차이( P<0.05);여25% MO조、50% MO조급125% MO조비교,75% MO조화100% MO조잠복기연장경현저,조간차이구유통계학의의( P<0.05)。여공백대조조비교,25% MO조、50% MO조급125%MO조대서간성발작급별여공백대조조차이무통계학의의( P>0.05),단75% MO조화100% MO조발작급별교공백대조조、25% MO조、50% MO조급125% MO조대서명현감저,차이구유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론25%~125%MO적저빈rTMS예처리균가유효연장대서전간발작잠복기,병차75% MO화100%MO저빈rTMS적항전간작용경현저。
Objective To explore the effects of different intensity low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation ( rTMS ) on rats with seizures induced by lihium-pilocarpine .Methods 60 SD rats were randomly into six groups and pretreated with rTMS at 0.5 Hz,but at 25% machine output(MO),50% MO,75%MO,100%MO and 125%MO,respectively.After stimulation every day for 2 weeks,a model of acute epilepsy was made using lithium-pilocarpine.Subsequent behavior and the latencies of seizures were observed ,and the severity of the seizures was quantitatively evaluated for 90 min.Results The seizure latencies were significantly prolonged in all the stimulate groups relative to the control group ( P<0.05 ) .The prolongation in the 75% MO and 100% MO groups was significantly greater than in the at 25%MO,50%MO and 125%MO groups.The level of seizures in the 25%MO,50%MO and 125%MO groups was not significantly different from that in the control group ,but most of the rats in the 75% MO and 100% MO groups experienced much slightly seizures , with seizure level scores significantly lower than those in the other 4 groups.Conclusion Pretreatment with rTMS at 25% MO to 125%MO led to a longer latency of seizure onset , but 75%MO and 100%MO showed the longest latencies and conspicuous antiepileptic effects .
