在真菌分类中,菌丝和孢子的显微特征是区分种的一个重要依据。本研究对绣球菌担孢子和菌丝进行电镜观察。结果表明:菌丝白色,粗细比较均匀,菌丝直径为1.40~2.12μm ,双核菌丝有明显的锁状联合现象;孢子近圆形至椭圆形,孢子大小为(3.1~4.4)μm ×(3.8~5.5)μm。此研究有助于绣球菌属的鉴别和分类。
在真菌分類中,菌絲和孢子的顯微特徵是區分種的一箇重要依據。本研究對繡毬菌擔孢子和菌絲進行電鏡觀察。結果錶明:菌絲白色,粗細比較均勻,菌絲直徑為1.40~2.12μm ,雙覈菌絲有明顯的鎖狀聯閤現象;孢子近圓形至橢圓形,孢子大小為(3.1~4.4)μm ×(3.8~5.5)μm。此研究有助于繡毬菌屬的鑒彆和分類。
재진균분류중,균사화포자적현미특정시구분충적일개중요의거。본연구대수구균담포자화균사진행전경관찰。결과표명:균사백색,조세비교균균,균사직경위1.40~2.12μm ,쌍핵균사유명현적쇄상연합현상;포자근원형지타원형,포자대소위(3.1~4.4)μm ×(3.8~5.5)μm。차연구유조우수구균속적감별화분류。
Microstructure of fungal hypha and spore is important in classification for fungus species .In this paper , the hypha and basidiospore of Sparassis crispa were described in their morphology observed with scanning electron microscope .The results showed that the hypha was white with the uniform diameter between 1.4~2.2 μm ,and dikaryotic hypha had obvious clamp connection .Basidiospore was subglobose to ellipsoid with the size of 3.1~4.4μm × 3.8~5.4 μm .The research is helpful to identify and classify the genus of Sparassis crispa .
