目的：比较奥美拉唑与兰索拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效及用药费用,并运用药物经济学原理对两种用药方案进行评价。方法：将86例幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性的胃溃疡患者随机分成观察组及对照组,每组43例,分别给予奥美拉唑与兰索拉唑口服治疗,均联用阿莫西林、胶体果胶铋及甲硝唑口服治疗,30天为1个疗程。疗程结束后比较其疗效及用药费用,并进行药物经济学分析。结果：奥美拉唑组与兰索拉唑组总有效率分别为95.3%和97.7%,Hp清除率分别为93.0%与95.3%(P均>0.05)；成本分别为187.5元与316.2元；增量成本-效果比(△C/△E)为27.38。结论：奥美拉唑与兰索拉唑治疗胃溃疡相比,两组疗效相当,但奥美拉唑用药成本低,效价比较高,是治疗胃溃疡比较理想的药物。
목적：비교오미랍서여란색랍서치료위궤양적림상료효급용약비용,병운용약물경제학원리대량충용약방안진행평개。방법：장86례유문라간균(Hp)양성적위궤양환자수궤분성관찰조급대조조,매조43례,분별급여오미랍서여란색랍서구복치료,균련용아막서림、효체과효필급갑초서구복치료,30천위1개료정。료정결속후비교기료효급용약비용,병진행약물경제학분석。결과：오미랍서조여란색랍서조총유효솔분별위95.3%화97.7%,Hp청제솔분별위93.0%여95.3%(P균>0.05)；성본분별위187.5원여316.2원；증량성본-효과비(△C/△E)위27.38。결론：오미랍서여란색랍서치료위궤양상비,량조료효상당,단오미랍서용약성본저,효개비교고,시치료위궤양비교이상적약물。
Objective:To comparison omeprazole and lansoprazole in treating gastric ulcer clinical curative effect and drug costs,and by using pharmaceutical economics evaluate two therapeutic schemes.Methods:86 cases of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) positive patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group,were given omeprazole and lansoprazole orally treatment,were combined with amoxicillin,colloidal bismuth pectin and metronidazole oral treatment,30 days for a course of treatment.After the end of treatment to compare its efficacy and drug costs,and pharmaceutical economics analysis. Results:Omeprazole and lansoprazole group total effective rate were 95.3% and 97.7%,Hp clearance rates were 93% and 95.3%(P>0.05);the cost is 187.5 yuan and 316.2 yuan;incremental cost effectiveness ratio (△C/△E) 27.38.Conclusion:Omeprazole and lansoprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcers compared is considerable,but omeprazole medication low cost,potency ratio higher,it's the ideal drug for treating gastric ulcer.
