目的：探讨因质施护对葡萄膜炎患者的辅助干预效果，以供临床参考。方法：以我院接受治疗的葡萄膜炎患者60例为研究对象，进行随机分组，均给予常规药物治疗。对照组实施常规护理，观察组因质施护。比较两组患者临床效果、半年复发率的差异。结果：与对照组相比较，观察组总有效率较高，半年复发率较低，有显著的统计学差异(P＜0.05)。结论：因质施护法对葡萄膜炎患者具有积极的辅助干预效果，防止复发，促进康复进程。
목적：탐토인질시호대포도막염환자적보조간예효과，이공림상삼고。방법：이아원접수치료적포도막염환자60례위연구대상，진행수궤분조，균급여상규약물치료。대조조실시상규호리，관찰조인질시호。비교량조환자림상효과、반년복발솔적차이。결과：여대조조상비교，관찰조총유효솔교고，반년복발솔교저，유현저적통계학차이(P＜0.05)。결론：인질시호법대포도막염환자구유적겁적보조간예효과，방지복발，촉진강복진정。
Objective:Explore because of the quality of nursing auxiliary intervention effect on patients with uveitis for clinical reference.Method:Uveitis 60 patients treated in our hospital for the study, conducted randomized were given conventional medication. Implementation of routine care control group, the observation group because of the quality of nursing. Comparing two groups of patients with clinical effect, half-year recurrence rate differences. Result:Compared with the control group, the observation group have higher efficiency and lower half-year recurrence rate, there is a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Positive patients with uveitis auxiliary intervention effect due to the Custodian of the quality measures to prevent recurrence, and promote the rehabilitation process.
