目的：探讨三伏贴治疗冬天容易加重或复发的支气管哮喘的疗效。方法：纯中药按照特定方法配成药膏，在夏季三伏天，根据不同分型选择不同组穴位贴敷，连贴3年为一个疗程。结果：治疗600例支气管哮喘，随机分为治疗组和对照组各300例，对照组采取西药常规抗炎，解痉，平喘治疗，治疗组在西药常规抗炎，解痉，平喘的基础上采用三伏贴治疗，发现治疗组发病次数减少，发作程度减轻，发作后再通过治疗的时间也比对照组缩短。结论：特定时间在特定穴位上贴敷特定药物，能有效治疗支气管哮喘，且长期疗效上，三伏贴治疗支气管哮喘优于常规西药疗法。
목적：탐토삼복첩치료동천용역가중혹복발적지기관효천적료효。방법：순중약안조특정방법배성약고，재하계삼복천，근거불동분형선택불동조혈위첩부，련첩3년위일개료정。결과：치료600례지기관효천，수궤분위치료조화대조조각300례，대조조채취서약상규항염，해경，평천치료，치료조재서약상규항염，해경，평천적기출상채용삼복첩치료，발현치료조발병차수감소，발작정도감경，발작후재통과치료적시간야비대조조축단。결론：특정시간재특정혈위상첩부특정약물，능유효치료지기관효천，차장기료효상，삼복첩치료지기관효천우우상규서약요법。
