以SiCl4为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了硅溶胶的凝胶块,并探讨了无水乙醇加入量、防裂剂加入量、去离子水加入量、液层厚度及空气接触面积等对硅溶胶凝胶块的影响.研究结果表明,当SiCl4:无水乙醇:防裂剂:去离子水的体积为2:4:1:2时,制备的硅溶胶凝胶块无裂纹,且透明度高.
以SiCl4為原料,採用溶膠-凝膠法製備瞭硅溶膠的凝膠塊,併探討瞭無水乙醇加入量、防裂劑加入量、去離子水加入量、液層厚度及空氣接觸麵積等對硅溶膠凝膠塊的影響.研究結果錶明,噹SiCl4:無水乙醇:防裂劑:去離子水的體積為2:4:1:2時,製備的硅溶膠凝膠塊無裂紋,且透明度高.

Silicon gelatin blocks were prepared by a sol -gel method using silicon tetraehloride as the silica source. Meanwhile, the influence of the dosage of anhydrous alcohol and anti - cracking agent, the volume of deionized water, the thickness of liquid layer and air contact area on the silicon gelatin block were researched. The results show that the silicon gelatin blocks are crack -free and transparent, which are prepared in the volume ratio of silicon tetrachloride, anhydrous alcohol, anti - cracking agent, deionized water is 2:4 : 1:2.
