以6-甲基-吡嗪-2-羧酸为配体,在水热条件下,设计合成具有二维超分子结构的配合物[Co(C6H5N2O2)2(H2O)2].通过X射线单晶衍射仪对配合物的晶体结构进行测定.配合物属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群.Co(Ⅱ)与2个N原子和4个O原子形成一个六配位的轻微扭曲的八面体构型.Co2+与来自两个配体上的2个N原子和2个O原子螯合配位,形成赤道平面,Co2+的轴向位置被2个水分子占据.配合物分子之间通过分子间氢键作用形成二维超分子网状结构.
以6-甲基-吡嗪-2-羧痠為配體,在水熱條件下,設計閤成具有二維超分子結構的配閤物[Co(C6H5N2O2)2(H2O)2].通過X射線單晶衍射儀對配閤物的晶體結構進行測定.配閤物屬于單斜晶繫,P21/c空間群.Co(Ⅱ)與2箇N原子和4箇O原子形成一箇六配位的輕微扭麯的八麵體構型.Co2+與來自兩箇配體上的2箇N原子和2箇O原子螯閤配位,形成赤道平麵,Co2+的軸嚮位置被2箇水分子佔據.配閤物分子之間通過分子間氫鍵作用形成二維超分子網狀結構.

In hydrothermal condition,a new complex [Co(C6H5N2O2)2(H2O)2] with 2-dimensional supramonlecular structure was synthesized by using 6-methyl-2-pyrazinecarboxylic acid as the organic ligand.The crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction.The crystallographic data for the complex were crystallized in monoclinic system with group P21/c.Co(Ⅱ) is in a distorted octahedron coordination geometry surrounded by two nitrogen atoms and four oxygen atoms.The equatorial plane is constructed in chelating way by two nitrogen and two oxygen donors from two ligands,and the axial positions are occupied by two carboxylate oxygen atoms from two water molecules.Furthermore,a 2-dimensional supramonlecular network structure is achieved through the hydrogen bond interaction.
