针对滑动轴承转子系统存在的尺寸误差,建立了非线性油膜力模型,着重研究了滑动轴承与轴颈直径误差及其交互作用对系统动力学特性、承载能力和稳定性的影响,并利用稳定性临界转速对应的偏心率,定量分析了偏心率对滑动轴承转子系统摩擦功率损失的影响。图形曲线分析表明,各种尺寸变化对系统会产生不同程度的影响,摩擦功率随着偏心率的增大而减小,当偏心率在0.6948附近时摩擦功率达到最小。研究结果为减小系统功耗、合理设计系统参数提供了可靠的依据。
針對滑動軸承轉子繫統存在的呎吋誤差,建立瞭非線性油膜力模型,著重研究瞭滑動軸承與軸頸直徑誤差及其交互作用對繫統動力學特性、承載能力和穩定性的影響,併利用穩定性臨界轉速對應的偏心率,定量分析瞭偏心率對滑動軸承轉子繫統摩抆功率損失的影響。圖形麯線分析錶明,各種呎吋變化對繫統會產生不同程度的影響,摩抆功率隨著偏心率的增大而減小,噹偏心率在0.6948附近時摩抆功率達到最小。研究結果為減小繫統功耗、閤理設計繫統參數提供瞭可靠的依據。

According to the existences of dimensional errors on hydrodynamic journal bearing system, a nonlinear oil film force model was established. It emphasised on analyzing the errors of bearing diameter and journal diameter along with its interaction effects on the dynamics, carrying capacity, stability of the hydrodynamic journal bearing system. The effects on friction power loss of the hydrodynamic journal bearing system were analyzed quantitatively based on the eccentricity corresponding to the critical speed of the stability. From the diagram, it is easy to know that the dimensional errors will have different degrees of impact on the journal bearing system, the friction power decreases as the eccentricity increases, and when the eccentricity at nearly 0. 6948 the friction power reaches to a minimum. The results provide a reliable theory for reducing the friction power loss, and the parameter design of journal bearing system rationally.
