石化工业是国民经济的支柱产业,其发展对促进相关产业升级和拉动经济增长具有举足轻重的作用。根据舟山市发展临港石化产业总体思路,今后舟山将努力打造现代化石化园区,走"生态化、一体化、专业化、园区化"的产业发展道路。石化园区建设包括硬件建设和软件建设两个部分,而软件建设的载体就是人才。目前舟山石化产业人才尤其是高层次人才十分缺乏。为此,需要充分利用浙江海洋学院等省内高校办学资源优势,建立舟山临港石化产业人才培养培训体系,加大人才引进力度,重视企业内部人才培养管理,改善人才留用环境,构建产业人才发展的长效机制,更好地为石化企业提供人才服务。

The petrochemical industry is a pillar industry in national economy and its development plays a decisive role in promotion of related industries to upgrade and stimulation of economic growth.According to the overall train of thought to develop port petrochemical industry,Zhoushan City will strive to build modern petrochemical parks,taking the road of industrial development of "ecological integration,specialization and the Zone Model".Petrochemical parks construction includes two parts,hardware and software,and talent is the carrier of software construction.At present,petrochemical industry talent,especially the high administrative levels,is in shortage in Zhoushan.For this,it is necessary to take full advantage of Zhejiang Ocean University and other provincial universities resource to build the talents training system for the port petrochemical industry in Zhoushan,intensify the introduction of talents,pay attention to enterprise interior personnel training and management,improve talent retention environment,construct a long-term mechanism for the development of the industry personnel,and provide the petrochemical enterprises better personnel services.
