轴向磨削加工是以金刚石小砂轮的端部磨粒作为主切削刃来去除材料,用圆周部分内圆或外圆表面磨粒作为副切削刃对已加工圆柱面进行修磨的一种磨削加工技术。从轴向对工程陶瓷进行外圆或内孔加工时,一次切削的径向磨削深度(即背吃刀量)与进给速度分别可达5~10mm和200mm/min以上,实现了工程陶瓷外圆的高效低成本加工。利用该方法对陶瓷材料制成的发动机精密偶件出油阀套筒进行内孔加工,通过单因素试验,分析了不同参数组合下的砂轮磨损情况及各参数对砂轮磨损的影响,试验表明:砂轮磨损程度随磨削深度的增加而呈非线性增加;为使砂轮磨损最小化,主轴转速和工件转速应匹配,即二者的比值应控制在一定的范围内。
軸嚮磨削加工是以金剛石小砂輪的耑部磨粒作為主切削刃來去除材料,用圓週部分內圓或外圓錶麵磨粒作為副切削刃對已加工圓柱麵進行脩磨的一種磨削加工技術。從軸嚮對工程陶瓷進行外圓或內孔加工時,一次切削的徑嚮磨削深度(即揹喫刀量)與進給速度分彆可達5~10mm和200mm/min以上,實現瞭工程陶瓷外圓的高效低成本加工。利用該方法對陶瓷材料製成的髮動機精密偶件齣油閥套筒進行內孔加工,通過單因素試驗,分析瞭不同參數組閤下的砂輪磨損情況及各參數對砂輪磨損的影響,試驗錶明:砂輪磨損程度隨磨削深度的增加而呈非線性增加;為使砂輪磨損最小化,主軸轉速和工件轉速應匹配,即二者的比值應控製在一定的範圍內。

Axial grinding is a processing method to grind cylindrical workpiece or inner surface of hole along their axis,using the kinetic energy of high-speed rotation diamond small grinding wheel,the abrasives in tool tip were as the main cutting edge to remove materials and the abrasives in the outside surface of tool were as a minor cutting edge to sharpen the processed surface.And the cutting thickness and feed rate could be more than 5~10mm and 200mm/min respectively in a cutting pass,realizing high-efficiency,low-cost processing of engineering ceramics.Using the method,the ceramic sleeve of delivery valve precision coupling components in the engine was processed with high efficiency,and grinding wheel wear was researched with single factor test.The results indicate that grinding wheel wear increases with the increase of cutting depth,but not a linear relation,and in order to minimize tool wear the ratio of spindle speed and workpiece speed should be within a certain range.
